While I love to say that Paisley Raye offers properly fitted clothing and that it's true to size (TTS), let’s be real. That applies, of course, to average figures of each of the specific sizes. However, NONE of us is ‘average’ and as beautiful women some of us need to size up or down, given our attributes. So, here are some realistic notes on select pieces to help you find your perfect fit.
Aster – The fabric in this style is woven and has a liner, so it doesn’t have give. If you are busty, you may wish to size up 1-2 sizes, just so your 'lady bits' aren’t smushed.
Azalea - If you feel self-conscious about your upper arms showing, the sleeves of the cold shoulder perfectly cover 'bat wings'.
Criss Cross Cami - The fabric in this style is a knit, so very stretchy. Size up if you are busty or like a looser fit around your belly.
Dahlia Dress – I LOVE this dress because no matter how large or small your bust is, it is a fantastic fit, due to the surplice neckline.
Fitted V-Neck Tee - Perfect top! It is fitted, so if you are busty, you may need to size up for comfort.
Ginger Pant - This pant...rocks! Common reaction: it's cute, but it's not me. *puts them on* Can you cut the tags off so I can wear them home? The fit is amazing!
Graphic Tee - This top is easy, and long in the back,. If you are busty, you will have plenty of room. If you are not busty, you may size down 1-2 sizes for a more fitted look.
Hydrangea Pant - Our palazzo pant is TTS. The elastic waist has plenty of stretch, but note it is a woven material, so if you are big in the bum, you may need to size up.
Lily Dress - A fun, easy summer dress is also made from a woven material. If you are busty, you'll be able to create some extra room by adjusting the straps.
Mulberry Sweater – The cranberry is made from a thinner material – if you’re modest, you may wish to layer a cami underneath.
Pixie Pant - This is a tight pant, like old school petal pushers. If you have larger thighs, bum or calves, you may need to size up.
Plumeria Top - The top only version of the Azalea dress; gives great coverage for 'bat wings', larger tummy and bum.
Primrose Dress – Another ridiculously flattering dress no matter your size. But, if you are a B cup or larger, you will more than likely want to wear a cami underneath.
Sugar Maple Sweater – This top is the best EVER for those ladies who are a triangle or pear shaped.
Sunflower Top - While the look is very similar to the Poppy Dress, it is a top. The front has darts below the bust. Sizing is TTS. I recommend this top as a dress for my short ladies.
Sweet Pea Dress - Another favorite dress! The Sweet Pea is stretchy, but is not super roomy on top. If you are busty, you may need to size up.
Willow Top - This top is best suited for those with very slender arms. I have rather larger upper arms, so I needed to size up 2 sizes.
