Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping Pineapples and Palm Trees. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy**

Pineapples and Palm Trees ships to addresses within the U.S., and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. However, please allow two business days for processing.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone/text.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipments are made via the United States Postal Service and are sent either First Class or Priority.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can go to the USPS, enter your tracking number and see where your package is in the process.

Pineapples and Palm Trees is not liable for any product(s) damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy**

Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S. except for APO/FPO.  If you are outside of the U.S. and would like an item shipped, you may make the request to support@pineapplesandpalmtrees.net. Please include the full address and we will make efforts to make an accommodation.

Our Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order, if needed.

Please review our FAQ’s should you have more questions or contract us directly at support@pineapplesandpalmtrees.net.

** Please note that the USPS periodically experiences extended delays, particularly from October to January, which is beyond the control of Pineapples and Palm Trees. Additionally, even though shipped items contain tracking information, we are finding that USPS is not consistently scanning all packages, even though that is part of the service.

As stated above, if we find an extended delay, we will contact you. In the mean time, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask us here at support@pineapplesandpalmtrees.net or contact your local Postal Service office.
