RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping my Pineapples and Palm Trees boutique!

I hope you love all that you have purchased. I understand when you buy online, sometimes, it just doesn't work out. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it or return it for store credit*. At this time, full cash refunds are not an option, only exchanges or store credit.

Returns and exchanges may be made up to 14 calendar days from the date you purchased it. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs; original shipping costs are non-refundable, and they do not apply towards store credit or an exchanged item.

Any product you return or exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Once this has been verified, you will be notified of your return status.
