Q: Can you make something with my logo?
🌺 Absolutely! Just send over a high-res file (SVG or PNG preferred). If it needs to be cleaned up or re-drawn, I can help with that too — just know there may be an extra charge.
Q: I found a cute sign on Pinterest — can you make one like it?
I’m happy to take inspo, but I don’t copy other artists' work. We can use the vibe as a starting point and make something totally you!
Q: What kind of files can I send you?
SVGs are golden! PNGs work too, especially if they’re high quality. If you’re not sure, send it anyway — I’ll let you know what’s possible 🌞
Q: What are your turnaround times?
Most orders are ready in 3-5 business days, depending on the size and details. If you’re on a deadline, just holler and I’ll see what magic I can work. ✨
Q: Can I return a custom item?
Because each piece is made just for you, custom items are not returnable. But if there’s an issue, let me know — I want you to be happy!
Q: Can you ship it or do I have to pick up?
I’m happy to ship! Or if you’re local to Lincoln, CA, pickup is your best option. We’ll work out the best way to get your island treasure to you 🌴
